In India, the 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar is now available for purchase. The SUV has also begun to be delivered by the Tata Motors-owned British luxury manufacturer. The redesigned Land Rover Range Rover Velar comes in only one R-Dynamic S trim level. The 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar is one of Land Rover’s most aggressive-looking vehicles. Burnished Copper elements on the bumper, bonnet vents and side vents add to the SUV’s contemporary design. Premium LED headlights with distinctive DRLs are included. Electric power-fold door mirrors, deployable flush door handles, motorised tailgate, 20-inch alloy wheels, LED tail lamps, and more features are included. The 5-seater SUV has dimensions of 4797 mm in length, 2147 mm in width, and 1683 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2874 mm. Fuji White, Portofino Blue, Santorini Black, and Silicon Silver are the four colours available for the redesigned Land Rover Velar.
The 2021 Land Rover Range Rover Velar now has air suspension, a 3D surround camera, and cabin air ionisation with a PM2.5 filter on the inside. It also gets a new Pivi Pro infotainment system with two 10-inch touchscreens in the centre console, one below the other. The upper unit is used for entertainment, while the lower unit is used for climate control. The infotainment system supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The 2021 Velar has six airbags, Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), All-Terrain Progress Control (ATPC), Hill Launch Assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), Low traction launch, Electronic Traction Control (ETC), Roll Stability Control (RSC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Hill Descent Control (HDC), and Electric Parking Brake.
The 2021 Range Rover Velar comes with either 2.0-litre petrol or a 2.0-litre diesel engine, both from the brand’s Ingenium family. The former can deliver 247 horsepower and 365 Nm of peak torque, while the latter can deliver 177 bhp and 430 Nm of peak torque. Both engines are paired with an eight-speed automated transmission and all-wheel drive.

The diesel variant has a top speed of 210 kilometer’s per hour and can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometer’s per hour in 8.20 seconds. The P250 petrol engine, on the other hand, produces 243bhp at 5,500rpm and 365Nm of torque between 1,300 and 4,500rpm. Both engine options are paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
